Introducing BurgerCities’ New Tokenomics Proposal

In the BurgerCities ecosystem we are jointly building, the stable development of the token economy is of utmost importance. To ensure the sustainability and prosperity of the ecosystem, we are about to conduct an important vote on the token inflation mechanism. The result of this vote will profoundly influence the future development direction of BurgerCities. We hope that everyone will actively participate and fully exercise their rights.

I. Voting Background

With the continuous expansion of BurgerCities’ business and the growing scale of the ecosystem, our existing token supply and inflation mechanism need to be further optimized to adapt to new development needs. A reasonable inflation mechanism can not only motivate participants and promote the vitality of the ecosystem but also maintain the relative stability of token value and safeguard the rights and interests of all token holders. Currently, we have designed multiple token inflation models and aim to select the most suitable one for the development of BurgerCities through a community vote.

II. Voting Options

(I) Goblin Model

- Base Inflation: 0%

- Maximum Inflation: 0%

This model means that the token supply will remain relatively stable without increase due to inflation. It helps maintain the stability of the token value, which is an option for those users who prefer to hold assets with stable value. However, it may be relatively weak in stimulating the development of the ecosystem and unable to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of participants.

(II) Moderate Model

- Base Inflation: 4%

- Maximum Inflation: 8%

This model moderately introduces inflation while ensuring a certain degree of stability. With a base inflation rate of 4%, it can provide some incentives to participants in the ecosystem and promote the slow development of the ecosystem. The maximum inflation rate of 8% reserves room for dealing with special situations or development stages, avoiding excessive and out — of — control inflation.

(III) Balanced Model

- Base Inflation: 6%

- Maximum Inflation: 12%

The balanced model seeks a better balance between inflation and stability. A base inflation rate of 6% can inject more impetus into the development of the ecosystem, encouraging more users to participate in the construction of BurgerCities. For example, computing power providers will be more active in providing resources, and model developers will invest more energy in innovation. The maximum inflation rate of 12% ensures that when necessary, such as during large — scale business expansion or major technological upgrades of the platform, there will be sufficient token supply to support development, while also controlling risks through the upper limit.

(IV) Dynamic Model

- Base Inflation: 10%

- Maximum Inflation: 20%

The dynamic model is a more flexible and aggressive choice. A relatively high base inflation rate of 10% can greatly stimulate the vitality of the ecosystem, attract a large number of participants to join, and accelerate the development of the platform. Within the range of a maximum inflation rate of 20%, the inflation rate is adjusted dynamically according to the development status of the platform, market demand, and other relevant factors. This model can rapidly promote the expansion of the ecosystem but also comes with relatively high risks, requiring close attention to market reactions and fluctuations in token value.

• Compute providers can lease their computational resources and earn from the platform’s inflationary distribution mechanism. Long-term contributors can also receive additional rewards to incentivize their continued participation in the platform’s development and construction.

• Early participants gain significant advantages as they can accumulate experience and resources early in the platform’s development, enjoying the value-added benefits from the platform’s growth.
• As the platform continues to evolve, compute providers can also gain corresponding governance weights by participating in platform governance, thereby having a greater say in the future direction of the platform.

• Model developers can provide their models and earn from the platform’s inflationary distribution mechanism, which motivates them to continuously innovate and optimize their models.

The voting will be carried out through Snapshot. Please prepare $BURGER Token in your on-chain wallet in advance and cast a crucial vote during the voting period.

The voting period starts at 8:00 AM UTC on Jan 22 and ends at 8:00 AM UTC on Feb 6. Please be sure to participate in the voting within the specified time. Every vote of yours is crucial and will jointly shape the future of BurgerCities.
